Usage
Pipe steel cord conveyor belt is a conveyor belt with a special tubular shape that uses a wire
rope core to provide high strength and a wear-resistant outer
layer. It has the advantages of closed transportation to avoid
material scattering and pollution, flexible to adapt to complex
paths, high strength to withstand large tension loads and good
stability, and is widely in the transportation of powder materials,
chemical materials and grain, which can improve transportation
efficiency and reduce material loss.

Technical Details
1.Pipe steel cord conveyor belt can be guided through tight horizontal and vertical curves as it
is supported by a set of 6 idlers. This results in the reduction of
transfer points and an improved adaption to the existing topology
of terrain or existing factory buildings
2.Higher inclination angles can be achieved as the inner side of
the Pipe offers more contact surface to the conveyed material
compared to a regular steel cord conveyor belt
